This mischievous young fairy is a charming Christmas tree ornament or can be displayed all year long as a window decoration and sun catcher. Weight being a primary concern, I make the fairy of lightweight borosilicate crystal. The brilliant rainbow of colors is created when I apply pure gold to the glass while it is still molten. Hanging from a shimmering metallic gold thread, the ornament measures 5 inches tall and is 2.5 inches wide. Your purchase includes an attractive information card trimmed with gold foil. Christmas ornaments are one of my specialties and during the Reagan administration I was asked to create an assortment of one-of-a-kind ornaments that represented the state of California at the White House.
