This is an authentic first issue 20″ tree topper in an annual series designed by Ellen Williams exclusively for Roman, Inc.
The tree topper has a handpainted porcelain face and a white taffeta pearl-trimmed dress with red and green ribbon rose accents as well as lace trim.
Her hair is a pale blonde in color and her eyes are blue.
